Have been treated by two therapists (Becca and Brenna) for back muscle spasms. They are both very competent, excellent "bed side manner", professionalism and skill. Their therapy and advice is improving my quality of life. Would actively seek treatment from them again if/when necessary.

I found Select Therapy helpful, very conscious of my comfort during this Covid time, and a very knowledgeable physical therapist. And I got relief

From total joints, to tendon transfers, we’ve got you covered!

Select Therapy provides standardized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs for patients who undergo surgical procedures. Working closely with our patient’s surgical teams, this process includes “pre-” and “post-surgical” care. Before surgery, our physical therapists establish baseline measures, initiate a home exercise program, provide education on post-surgical limitations/precautions, and answer questions regarding the recovery and healing process. After surgery, our convenient scheduling enables prompt initiation of the rehabilitation process.

Some examples of post-operative care include:

  • Spinal surgery

  • Total joint replacements (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, elbow, finger)

  • Tendon and ligament repair

  • Rotator cuff repair

  • Knee surgery (ACL repair, meniscus repair)

  • Pelvic floor

  • Fasciotomy

Benefits of pre-operative and post-operative physical and occupational therapy are:

  • Pain management

  • Reduce swelling and inflammation

  • Improved range of motion

  • Improved strength

  • Improved functional mobility

This comprehensive approach reduces overall recovery time and expedites the return to all the activities our patients enjoy.

Here are some methods we may use to improve your condition and get you feeling better faster:
