Kim graduated from the College of Saint Scholastica with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2019. Prior to graduate school, she attended the College of Saint Benedict/St. John's University where she played softball and competed on the Nordic Ski Team.

Kim was inspired to pursue physical therapy by her father, who sustained a spinal cord injury in his young adulthood. She finds satisfaction in helping people get back to independence and fulfilling hobbies. Special interests within the profession include neurological, vestibular, general, and sports physical therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Kim enjoys being outdoors, boating, Nordic skiing, and recreational athletics.
